Shipping and tracking

Do you ship internationally?
No. Australian addresses only.
How is the parcel packaged?
Plain, padded packaging with no product description on the outside. The vials are sealed and the parcel is tracked.
Can I ship to a parcel locker?
Yes. Enter the locker address exactly as your carrier account shows it.
My tracking has not updated.
Carrier scans can lag by a day. If nothing has changed after three business days, contact us with the order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Products and testing
Where is the certificate of analysis?
Available on request. Contact us with your order number and the product and we send the certificate for your batch.
Why does the vial look empty?
The label states milligrams of freeze-dried powder, which sits as a thin film at the bottom. It is not a liquid volume. Reconstitute as described in the reconstitution guide.
Do you sell pens, capsules or nasal sprays?
Retatrutide pens (15mg, 20mg, 30mg and 70mg, other strengths filled to order) and BPC-157 capsules (500 mcg, 60 per bottle) are stocked alongside the lyophilised vials, all for research use. We do not sell nasal sprays.
Can you tell me how much to use?
No. Products are supplied for in-vitro research and we do not provide dosing, cycle or usage advice for people. The reconstitution guide and calculator cover laboratory preparation only.
Storage and handling
How should I store the vials?
Lyophilised vials at −20 °C, sealed and away from light. Reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C, used within 8–12 weeks, never frozen.
The solution went cloudy.
Do not use it. Contact us with the batch number and a photo and we will replace the vial.
