Why this kit

Sixty milligrams across three vials, each reconstituted as needed inside its 8–12 week window, with one 10 mL water vial covering all three.

Kit value

Bought separately the 4 items come to $774.12. The kit is $599.99, which saves $174.13 (22%). Every item is the same product sold on its own page, from the same Australian stock, with a certificate of analysis available for each peptide batch.

Preparing the kit

  1. Reconstitute Retatrutide (20mg). Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until clear; do not shake. 20mg in 2 mL gives 10 mg/mL. The calculator has this vial preset.
  2. Draw and swab. Swab the vial stopper before each draw. Use a fresh U-100 syringe each time; the calculator converts the amount in milligrams to syringe units at the concentration prepared.
  3. Store. Lyophilised vials at −20 °C until reconstitution. Reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C, never frozen; reconstituted vials are used within 8–12 weeks, opened bacteriostatic water within 28 days.

About Retatrutide

Retatrutide

Triple GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptor agonist

Retatrutide is a single synthetic peptide that activates three receptors at once: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. That combination is what separates it from the earlier incretin compounds, which act on one receptor (semaglutide) or two (tirzepatide). It was developed by Eli Lilly and is still in Phase 3 clinical trials, so the only form that exists is research material like this vial.

The Phase 2 obesity trial (Jastreboff et al., NEJM 2023) reported mean body-weight reductions of up to 24.2% at 48 weeks in the highest-dose arm, with improvements in waist circumference, blood pressure and lipids. A companion Phase 2 study in type 2 diabetes reported HbA1c reductions alongside weight loss. Phase 3 (the TRIUMPH program) is ongoing; no regulator has approved retatrutide for any use.

Frequently asked questions

What is in the kit?

Retatrutide (20mg) ×3; Bacteriostatic Water 10mL ×1; Insulin syringes (U-100, 1 mL) ×60; Alcohol swabs ×60. Every item is listed in the table above with a link to its own page.

Why these quantities?

Sixty milligrams across three vials, each reconstituted as needed inside its 8–12 week window, with one 10 mL water vial covering all three.

How much does the kit save?

Bought separately the parts come to $774.12; the kit is $599.99, a saving of $174.13 (22%). Kits are priced with the peptide at full price and the supplies at half price, and the value packs at 13% under the vials alone.

What does the research show about Retatrutide?

The Phase 2 obesity trial (Jastreboff et al., NEJM 2023) reported mean body-weight reductions of up to 24.2% at 48 weeks in the highest-dose arm, with improvements in waist circumference, blood pressure and lipids. A companion Phase 2 study in type 2 diabetes reported HbA1c reductions alongside weight loss. Phase 3 (the TRIUMPH program) is ongoing; no regulator has approved retatrutide for any use.

Does the kit need anything else?

No. It holds the peptide, the water or pen needles it needs, syringes where the format uses them, and swabs. A sharps container is an optional add-on.

How is it reconstituted and stored?

Water needed: 6 mL. Vials are reconstituted as described in the preparation steps above and in the reconstitution guide; lyophilised vials store at −20 °C, reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C.

Is the kit for research only?

Retatrutide is an investigational drug with no marketing approval in any country, including Australia. It cannot be prescribed, dispensed or compounded for human use here. Peptide Aus supplies research-grade retatrutide for in-vitro laboratory study only; the buyer is responsible for lawful use.
