Opened products

Reconstituted or opened vials cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the PayID or bank account the order was paid from, within 5 business days of approval.
