Research CJC-1295 with DAC vial, dispatched from Australian stock. In Stock
CJC-1295 with DAC is the same GHRH (1–29) analogue with a maleimidopropionic acid group that binds covalently to serum albumin. That extends the half-life from minutes to about six to eight days and produces a sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1 rather than discrete pulses.
Albumin binding keeps the peptide in circulation, continuously stimulating GHRH receptors. The result in the Phase 1 data was a dose-dependent rise in mean GH and IGF-1 that persisted for a week or more after a single administration.
Teichman et al. (JCEM 2006) reported sustained GH and IGF-1 increases in healthy adults after single and repeated doses. Development by ConjuChem for HIV lipodystrophy was discontinued. It remains a research tool for sustained GH-axis stimulation.
Also known as: CJC-1295 DAC, CJC 1295, cjc 1295 dac, cjc1295

Long-acting GHRH analogue with drug-affinity complex.
Sustained GH/IGF-1 elevation: week-long pharmacokinetics. Albumin-binding technology: drug-affinity complex behaviour. Body composition: lipodystrophy research history. Teichman et al. (JCEM 2006) reported sustained GH and IGF-1 increases in healthy adults after single and repeated doses. Development by ConjuChem for HIV lipodystrophy was discontinued. It remains a research tool for sustained GH-axis stimulation.
Single doses raised mean GH and IGF-1 for a week or more in healthy adults, with IGF-1 increases of roughly 1.5 to 3 fold in the Phase 1 report.
Headache, flushing and injection-site reactions were reported; sustained IGF-1 elevation is the mechanism-related concern that makes long-term data important, and none exist. Development was discontinued after a trial death that was judged unrelated but ended the program.
Published CJC-1295 with DAC studies specify their own amounts and routes, and those vary by model and endpoint. Peptide Aus products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research, so we do not provide dosing, cycle or usage guidance for people. For laboratory preparation, the reconstitution calculator converts vial size and water volume into concentration and syringe units.
The no-DAC form gives a brief pulse; the DAC form gives days of elevation.
Both are GHRH analogues; tesamorelin has clinical trial data, DAC has the longest duration.
DAC gives a sustained elevation over days; no DAC gives a short pulse. The choice depends on whether the research question is about steady IGF-1 levels or pulsatile GH release.
Add about 2 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside of the vial and swirl gently; do not shake. 10mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C after reconstitution and use within 8–12 weeks. The calculator has this vial preset.
Lyophilised: −20 °C, sealed, away from light and moisture. Reconstituted: 2–8 °C, used within 8–12 weeks, never frozen.
CJC-1295 with DAC is not registered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as a medicine in Australia and is not approved for human or veterinary use. Peptide Aus supplies it as a research reagent for in-vitro laboratory work only. Supply of any substance for human use in Australia is governed by the Poisons Standard and the Therapeutic Goods Act, and the buyer is responsible for using the material lawfully.
