Retatrutide
Retatrutide is a single synthetic peptide that activates three receptors at once: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. That combination is what separates it from the earlier incretin compounds, which act on one receptor (semaglutide) or two (tirzepatide). It was developed by Eli Lilly and is still in Phase 3 clinical trials, so the only form that exists is research material like this vial.
It is not available as a medicine anywhere yet, so there is no pharmacy product and no compounded version. Research-grade retatrutide ships from local stock the same business day, as a lyophilised vial or as a ready-to-use pen.
Retatrutide in Australia →Retatrutide pens
Premixed 3 mL aqueous pens with a 0.5 mg dial in 15mg, 20mg and 30mg, a dual-chamber cartridge pen that mixes lyophilised retatrutide with sterile water at activation in 70mg, and other strengths filled to order, all shipped cold from Australian stock. The pen suits research designs that need repeatable handling; the vials suit work that needs a chosen concentration.

BPC-157
BPC-157 is a stable 15-amino-acid sequence taken from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most cited tissue-repair peptides in the preclinical literature, with several hundred rodent studies across tendon, ligament, muscle, gut and nervous-system injury models. It is unusually stable, surviving gastric acid and remaining active in solution for days.
The 10mg vial for tissue-repair models, 500 mcg capsules for oral and gut research, and the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend. Our guides explain which format the evidence used and where BPC-157 stands with the TGA.
BPC-157 in Australia →GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring tripeptide that binds copper with high affinity. It was first isolated from human plasma in 1973, where its concentration falls from roughly 200 ng/mL in young adults to about 80 ng/mL by age 60. Research interest spans wound repair, collagen synthesis, hair follicle biology and gene-expression modulation in aged tissue. The same molecule appears at low concentration in cosmetic serums; the research vial is the pure copper complex.
Two vial sizes of the copper complex, plus the GLOW blend that pairs it with BPC-157 and TB-500.

Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a 44-amino-acid GHRH analogue with a trans-3-hexenoic acid modification at the N-terminus that protects it from enzymatic breakdown. It is best known from the HIV-associated lipodystrophy trials, where it reduced visceral abdominal fat without the broad metabolic effects seen with recombinant growth hormone.
Not registered in Australia, so not in pharmacies; stocked here as a research vial in three sizes.
