Preparing the kit
- Reconstitute KLOW Peptide Blend (80mg). Add 3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until clear; do not shake. 80mg in 3 mL gives 26.7 mg/mL. The calculator has this vial preset.
- Draw and swab. Swab the vial stopper before each draw. Use a fresh U-100 syringe each time; the calculator converts the amount in milligrams to syringe units at the concentration prepared.
- Store. Lyophilised vials at −20 °C until reconstitution. Reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C, never frozen; reconstituted vials are used within 8–12 weeks, opened bacteriostatic water within 28 days.
About KLOW Peptide Blend
KLOW Peptide Blend
Pre-blended GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV
KLOW is the four-peptide extension of GLOW: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 with KPV added. KPV brings the anti-inflammatory activity of the alpha-MSH tail without any pigmentation effect, which shifts the blend from a skin-repair tool toward broader recovery and inflammation research.
The combination has not been tested as one product in a published trial. Component evidence is on each compound's page. KPV's gut-inflammation literature is the reason KLOW is often chosen for gastrointestinal and systemic inflammation designs.
