| CJC-1295 with DAC (10mg) | ×1 | Long-acting GHRH analogue with drug-affinity complex; lyophilised, reconstitute with 2 mL |
| Ipamorelin (10mg) | ×1 | Selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist pentapeptide; lyophilised, reconstitute with 2 mL |
| Bacteriostatic Water 10mL | ×1 | 10 mL vial, 0.9% benzyl alcohol |
| Insulin syringes (U-100, 1 mL) | ×20 | U-100 1 mL, 29-31G, 8-13 mm fixed needle, 20 pack |
| Alcohol swabs | ×20 | 70% isopropyl, individually wrapped, 100 pack |
The DAC form is long-acting, so it is drawn less often; twenty syringes cover both vials.
Bought separately the 5 items come to $311.36. The kit is $290.99, which saves $20.37 (7%). Every item is the same product sold on its own page, from the same Australian stock, with a certificate of analysis available for each peptide batch.
Long-acting GHRH analogue with drug-affinity complex
CJC-1295 with DAC is the same GHRH (1–29) analogue with a maleimidopropionic acid group that binds covalently to serum albumin. That extends the half-life from minutes to about six to eight days and produces a sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1 rather than discrete pulses.
Teichman et al. (JCEM 2006) reported sustained GH and IGF-1 increases in healthy adults after single and repeated doses. Development by ConjuChem for HIV lipodystrophy was discontinued. It remains a research tool for sustained GH-axis stimulation.

Selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist pentapeptide
Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid growth-hormone secretagogue that activates the ghrelin receptor. Among the GHRP class it is notable for selectivity: in the original characterisation it released growth hormone without the cortisol, prolactin or ACTH release seen with GHRP-6 and GHRP-2.
Raun et al. (Eur J Endocrinol 1998) described the selectivity profile in rats and pigs. A Phase 2 trial of ipamorelin for post-operative ileus was completed but not pursued. Preclinical work examines bone density and gastric motility.

No. It holds the peptide, the water or pen needles it needs, syringes where the format uses them, and swabs. A sharps container is an optional add-on.
Water needed: 2 + 2 mL. Vials are reconstituted as described in the preparation steps above and in the reconstitution guide; lyophilised vials store at −20 °C, reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C.
